CMH is committed to listening to our customers and to monitoring the services provided from the patients’ perspective with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of care and service our patients receive. We are actively listening to our patients and using this information to enhance each individual’s experience and improve care.
Patient Satisfaction Surveys are conducted via telephone and include topics such as courtesy of nurses and doctors, communication, hospital environment, and leadership. The data collected is analyzed and interpreted quarterly and reported back to the hospital in order to find ways to improve the level of patient satisfaction and make the entire healthcare experience a better one for CMH patients and their families at every level of service.
