Patient Safety is a core value at Community Memorial Healthcenter (CMH), we value our pledge to provide safe and effective care for our patients. Fall Prevention is one of many ways that we work collaboratively to maintin safety for our patients. To meet this goal of fall prevention, we have collaboratively implemented a Fall Program, comphrehensive from entry into our Acute Care Hospital through to our Long Term Care facility.
