Our annual spring golf tournament is held in May and is always a big success. With several sponsorship levels, a wonderful golf course, participants enjoy a fun day of golf, food and fellowship.

 

Proceeds for this year's event will benefit CMH's Lifeline Program.  Lifeline is an emergency medical alert system for seniors and disabled individuals in our area.  This system helps these individuals maintain a sense of independence while providing peace of mind that help can be sought in a medical emergency.

 

You and your organization may support this fun and worthwhile event through sponsorship.

The format for the tournament is Four Person Captain's Choice, 11:00 am Shotgun Start.  CMH Foundation will provide golf carts, box lunches, prizes and a dinner reception following the event.
