Introduction & Overview

Patient Safety is a core value at Community Memorial Healthcenter (CMH), we value our pledge to prevent injury and harm to our patients. Fall Prevention is one of many ways that we work collaboratively to maintain safety for our patients. To meet this goal of fall prevention, we have collaboratively implemented a Fall Program, comprehensive from entry into our Acute Care Hospital through to our Long Term Care facility.
