4/7/2014 - Community Memorial Healthcenter and VCU Health System To Join Operations

Community Memorial Healthcenter (CMH) in South Hill, Va., and the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond today announced they have entered into an agreement to join operations to expand the range and depth of healthcare delivery for residents of Southside Virginia and northern North Carolina.

Accreditation by the IAC means that Community Memorial Healthcenter, Cardiovascular Diagnostic Services has undergone a thorough review of its operational and technical components by a panel of experts.

3/21/2014 - CMH Awarded Continuation of Funding From Komen Foundation

Through the Komen Program CMH provides FREE Clinical Breast Exams, screening mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast health education to women ages 40-64 that are uninsured and reside in Mecklenburg, Brunswick, and Lunenburg Counties. High-risk women under the age of 40 with a physician referral will also be included.
